You should have:
More than 1 year experience in web development
Complete command on PHP/MySQL Web Development
Basic knowledge of .NET Framework 3.5 and MS-SQL 2008
Good knowledge of CSS, E-Commerce and Microsoft Project
Ability to manage multiple projects and dealing with local and foreign clients
Good data structure designing concepts
Very good interpersonal and negotiation skills
Confidence to deal foreign clients directly
