Aracon Systems is seeking candidates for a TSR (Tele Sales Representative) position in the company. The company will consider candidates who preferably have experience in the sales department in any form. That can include inbound and outbound selling for the company they have been working. Besides that, the candidates must have good communication skills and should be able to deliver the message in a convenient, understandable and “sellable” way.
Responsibilities of TSR:
1. Making outbound and inbound sales.
2. Explaining packages and promotions to the customers.
3. Hard core selling skills.
4. Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
5. Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
6. Identify and resolve client concerns.
7. Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
8. Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales.
The appointment will begin on 17th August 2011. Successful candidates will, at the outset, get the training sessions for o period of one week. Then they would be gauged over the ‘mock calls’ stage to screen out which ones are the best suited for the job. Starting salaries will be highly competitive.
