Job Description:-
1. Understanding and developing the testing requirements by reviewing software requirement specifications
2. Preparing and monitoring test plans
3. Developing test cases for functional ,integration and performance testing
4. Responsible for Integration, regression, System, black box testing
5. Adopting systems, processes and technologies to continuously improve quality and productivity
6. Implementing best practices of software quality assurance
Skills Required:-
1. Knowledge of functional testing tools e.g. QTP to make the testing process automated
2. Knowledge of Stress/Load testing tools.
3. Strong analytical, problem solving and planning abilities.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Organized and detail-oriented personality.
6. Desire to be a part of a highly productive and fast-paced team
